Bezpłatne szkolenia dla pedagogów, nauczycieli i wychowawców klas w szkołach ponadpodstawowych

Zapraszamy wszystkich nauczycieli i wychowawców klas, którzy mimo ograniczeń systemowych chcą wejść w kontakt z uczniami i wpłynąć na nich w konstruktywny sposób.

1. „Skuteczny wychowawca”

Celem szkolenia jest wyposażenie w wiedzę i umiejętności pozwalające na przeciwdziałanie występowania destrukcyjnych form zachowania w klasie – lepsze rozumienie młodych ludzi oraz mechanizmów, które kierują funkcjonowaniem młodzieży w grupie. Zagadnienia:

a. Oddziaływania profilaktyczne w pracy z młodzieżą. Kształtowanie konstruktywnych postaw i zachowania uczniów.
b. Wykorzystanie procesu grupowego w pracy z klasą – m.in. integracja kierowana.
c. Prowadzenie zajęć w oparciu o metody aktywne.
d. Przeprowadzanie interwencji w klasie oraz w czasie rozmów indywidualnych. Rozmowy z nastolatkami o ryzykownym zachowaniu.
e. Możliwości i ograniczenia w podejmowaniu działań korekcyjnych wobec młodzieży na terenie szkoły.

Terminy i czas trwania: Zajęcia obejmują 12 godzin – podzielone są na dwa spotkania po 6h w godzinach od 8:00 do 14:00. Aby uzyskać zaświadczenie, należy być obecnym na obu częściach.

Grupa 1: 27.10.2014 (poniedziałek) oraz 29.10.2014 (środa)
Grupa 2: 18.11.2014 (wtorek) oraz 20.11.2014 (czwartek)

2. „Doskonalenie umiejętności dialogu z młodzieżą w obszarze problemów seksualnych”

Celem szkolenia jest wyposażenie w wiedzę i umiejętności pozwalające na przeprowadzanie interwencji w obszarze ryzykownych zachowań seksualnych (co jest normalne, co powinno niepokoić, jak reagować).

Prowadzenie: Wiesław Sokoluk. Od 30 lat zajmuje się seksuologią kliniczną i rozwojową, prowadząc w tych obszarach praktykę psychoterapeutyczną oraz działalność edukacyjną oraz szkoleniową. Jest wieloletnim członkiem i superwizorem Polskiego Towarzystwa Seksuologicznego. Od lat publikuje w prasie, jest autorem m.in. poradnika „Wychowanie do życia w rodzinie. Poradnik metodyczny dla nauczycieli”.

Termin i czas trwania: Zajęcia odbędą się 8.11.2014 (sobota) w godzinach 8:00-16:00. Zapisy telefonicznie.
